This science is praised by all people in all over the world. Dreams can provide insight into our deepest thoughts. We don't have any detailed, proved and complete book on analysis of dreams because it is very tough task to pen down all the dreams as they vary from person to person. Though 'Swapnonishad'(A part from Veda) gives a fair and detail idea about the 'swapna'. In the day time our all physical and mental energies is directed to the visible world. But as soon we sleep our senses and body take rest, all the energy awakens the subconscious mind which takes us into the other world - Swapna Sansar (Dream Land) . There are nine reason of seeing  dreams - 1. What we listen 2. What we see 3. What we do 4. What we experienced 5. physical condition 6. Nature (Satv, Raj, Tam) 7. Grace of God 8. Auspicious and Inauspicious karma (in day to activity) 9. Sanskar The Ability to interpret the dream gives a powerful tool to know the futuristic event, but It requires vast understanding of human nature, knowledge, various conditions (Desh, Kaal, Patra) and grace of God. Essentially we are divide things into two forms : Aware and Unaware. The literature which deals with external aspect of awareness is called VIGYAN (science) and the things which analyze deeply the internal aspects is called the 'DARSHAN'. Darshan requires not only wisdom but divine blessings also, when we are unable to see dreams in awaken style with the physical eyes then how can without developing the inner vision one can understand the things which are beyond the five senses. There are four types of dreams 1. Daivik (Divine) 2. Future Indicating dreams 3. Shubh (Auspicious) 4. Ashubh (Inauspicious) While interpreting the dream one must pay attention to the time it was seen. Early night dreams comes to within one year, while midnight dreams results takes six months, Late night dreams give their good or bad results in three months and early morning dreams are immediate successful. The person should have sound sleep, should not be anxious and sick and should not be biased and obsessed to dream come true. Some people say that after awakening if one cannot recollect dreams it is ineffective. Dreams should be told only to Guru or knowledgeable person for its correct analysis. Remedies for bad dreams: If anyone has seen bad dreams in night, 1.He should tell it to other person or Tulsi and sleeps again. 2.Remembrance of IstaDev, Hanuman Chalisa, ShivPankshar strotra also helps. 3.There are some specific mantras also to neutralize the effect of bad dream. Dreams are the ultimate support to get self-direction from the soul. You can get answers of your many unresolved questions of various matters of life.
