Our ultimate goal is to rejoice with almighty and for that we have a natural tendency to find out the peace. After coming on earth we get attracted to different aspects of pleasure by means of five senses. But this happiness doesn't last long because the subjects we use to satisfy our mind and body are not steady. This is the reason we keep on moving from one desire to another and this becomes a vicious cycle which takes away our joy and comfort. While fulfilling our worldly wishes we forgot main aim of liberation (Moksha). Getting this ultimate goal requires lot of restraining. Living in the world suppressing oneself is a very tough task.
